Job Description A Trailer Mechanic plays a vital role in ensuring the safety, reliability, and efficiency of trailers through thorough maintenance, inspections, and repairs. Working primarily within a small team, this role involves handling routine upkeep as well as urgent repairs, utilizing both manual tools and diagnostic software to maintain trailer functionality.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine trailer maintenance to ensure operational safety Conduct thorough safety inspections to identify potential issues Replace worn or damaged parts promptly to minimize downtime Implement preventive maintenance practices to avoid costly repairs Handle emergency repair tasks efficiently within the team Operate specialized machinery and diagnostic tools effectively
