About the role

MyEyeDr. is seeking a Sr. Regional HR Business Partner to drive partnerships across HR, guiding regional leaders and associates. You will coach leadership, resolve complex employee relations, and align HR strategies with business needs while supporting our Field Organization. This hybrid, remote role requires 50-75% travel across Midwest states, with duties including talent planning, onboarding of doctors and staff, and participation in HR cyclical processes.
