About the role

Coca-Cola Beverages Florida, LLC is seeking a Lead Fleet Technician in Jacksonville. The role requires senior technical leadership, hands-on diagnostics, and oversight of fleet maintenance activities on a 4:00 AM–1:00 PM schedule, Tuesday through Saturday. The candidate will lead a team, coordinate daily shop activities, mentor technicians, and ensure high repair quality across light, medium, heavy-duty trucks and PIT equipment. Experience with DOT rules and fleet operations is essential.
