About the role

We are a growing, privately owned oral and maxillofacial surgery practice in Central Florida seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to join our team. With locations in Kissimmee, Altamonte Springs, and Davenport, we offer the benefits of private practice-not a DSO or SSO-with an experienced clinical and administrative support team and state-of-the-art surgery suites. Who We're Looking ForClinical skill is important, but personality and team fit matter just as much. We are looking for someone who is: Board-certified or board-eligible in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Down-to-earth, personable, and collaborative Patient-focused with strong communication skills Comfortable in a busy private-practice environment Interested in growing with the practice long-term Spanish-speaking is a plus, but not required
Qualifications:
  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
  • Completion of an accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency
  • Eligible for or currently holds a Florida dental license
  • CompensationCompetitive Base Salary + Collection-Based Bonuses
  • Compensation will be based on experience, schedule, and position structure.
