- North St. Paul, MNTransition Program (students ages 18-21)
- Coordinate and supervise on-the-job training opportunities
- Work-Based Learning license through PELSB required

- Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
