With both general and pediatric dentistry under one roof, our team takes pride in helping our communities be healthier, feel better and smile with confidence. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to lead our team and provide optimal dental health. This hands-on leader will play an intricate role in our success by executing all areas of our practice at the highest level. This is a true leadership role that requires a seasoned professional to navigate the daily operations.
What you’ll bring: Bachelor’s degree in a business or healthcare discipline preferred, but not required Three (3) years’ experience as a Dental Office Manager with knowledge of dental practice operations, terminology, procedures, and insurance claims/billing, P&L responsibility Multi-unit leadership experience preferred, but not required Highly effective in treatment plan presentations and gaining case acceptance Effective leadership style with the ability to set clear expectations, hold the team accountable, and create a supportive culture inspiring the best out of others Stable work history demonstrated on your resume
