You will have full P&L accountability for a facility generating over $300M in annual revenue and lead a team of 100+ employees with 7–8 direct reports in a servant-leader style. The role demands 10+ years in senior operations leadership, strong financial acumen, and a proven track record in meat/seafood processing.
