Project Accounting Administrator Our client, a growing construction company, is seeking an Accounting Administrator to support the accounting team with day-to-day Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized and detail-oriented accounting professional looking to grow their career in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: Process and enter Accounts Payable invoices Record and post Accounts Receivable transactions Assist with payment processing and collections follow-upAIA, Job Cost Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal teams regarding account inquiries Perform other accounting and administrative duties as needed Qualifications 2-3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience IN A CONSTRUCTION or PROJECT ACCOUNTING environment Experience with AP and AR data entry and processing Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficient with Microsoft Excel and accounting software Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
What We're Looking For: The ideal candidate is a hands-on accounting professional who enjoys working in a collaborative environment, takes pride in accuracy, and is comfortable supporting both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions within a construction setting.
Salary: $60,000 - $75,000, commensurate with experience.
