As a Consulting Manager in this practice, your typical day will include both client and internal practice contributions:Client contributions:Be an advisor to global clients embarking on a change, lead and/or execute comprehensive and customized People & Organization and OCM strategies to maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance. Drive faster adoption, increased utilization, and greater proficiency of affected employees to increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI, and achieve the desired business results and outcomes for clients. Manage change readiness, adoption baseline, measurement, and monitoring to assess effectiveness of People & Organization activities. Design, mobilize, and manage a network of change best practice OCM methodologies to develop a customized client change management approach. Identify new and innovative ways to accelerate clients through their change journey. Internal practice contributions:Coach, manage, and mentor consulting resources at junior to mid-career levels to high-performance / high results. Build internal network and partnerships for business expansion opportunities and career growth. Engage in the hiring process, including evaluating potential candidates and interviewing. Assist with development of thought leadership, collateral, tools, and Qualifications:You have a bachelor's degree in business, HR, organizational development, I/O psychology, communications, or equivalent combination of related education, training, and experience. You have 5+ years recent Big 4 and/or boutique consulting firm experience. You have 5+ years of experience contributing to and leading successful OCM initiatives using a methodology-driven approach. You have been responsible for managing $1M+ in revenue You have 2 years or more experience coaching and managing a matrixed and cross-functional team of up to 10 members. You have Prosci, ACMP or an equivalent OCM Skills:You have 2 or more years in organization development / design; organizational effectiveness; culture and workforce transformation; learning and training design, development, and delivery; Configured Platforms (i.e. SAP, Salesforce, Service Now) have impressive communication skills. You have the ability to skillfully craft executive summaries and detailed information and reports for leadership. You are a team player who leads by example and is a consistent, dependable performer with an excellent work ethic, flexible \"can-do\" attitude, and a results-driven commitment to success. You have strong project management experience, including schedule, scope, issue, and risk management. You have the ability to travel up to 50%.Ideal Mindset:The ideal mindset of a Management Consultant involves a blend of strategic thinking, adaptability, and strong interpersonal skills. Must reside in the USWhere required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $103,000.00-210,000.00. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance. This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short and long term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally-required benefits.
