Senior GRC Partnerships Manager

Owning the day-to-day management of compliance automation and GRC platform partnerships, the full-time Senior GRC Partnerships Manager will ensure healthy referral flow and alignment between partners and internal teams, driving measurable success in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Manage operational relationships with GRC and compliance automation partners, serving as the primary contact for coordination and issue resolution Track and report on referral volume, conversion rates, and partner-sourced pipeline to identify trends and drive improvements Coordinate cross-functional efforts with Sales, Marketing, and other teams to align on joint campaigns and ensure effective partner engagement Required qualifications 4+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, channel management, or business development within B2B SaaS, preferably with exposure to GRC or compliance Demonstrated ability to manage multiple partner relationships and drive referral outcomes Strong analytical skills with experience in building and maintaining reporting and dashboards Experience influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001 is preferred
