To learn more, visit www.judi.health.Location: Hybrid 3 days (offices in NYC, Denver, CO and Charlotte, NC area)Position Overview:The Account Executive is the primary relationship owner for an assigned portfolio of health system clients, responsible for driving client satisfaction, retention, and growth through strategic account leadership and consultative partnership. This role serves as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, leads the client lifecycle starting in sales support and implementation through renewal, coordinates cross-functional resources, and provides proactive guidance on pharmacy benefit management strategies, healthcare trends, contractual obligations, performance guarantees, and regulatory considerations. The ideal candidate brings deep healthcare and health system expertise within pharmacy benefits management, strong business acumen, and the ability to build consensus across complex stakeholder groups while delivering measurable value and long-term client success.Position Responsibilities:Responsible for the overall satisfaction and retention of an assigned book of business with focus on health systems and other clients/lines of business as needed.Serve as the relationship owner incorporating internal support when needed to foster relationships with C-suite, consultants, influencers, and decision makers at the planDevelop relationship strategy plans, with support of clinical account consultant, and account managerLead strategic meetings (e.g. Quarterly Business Reviews), prioritize initiatives, and maintain momentum across sales and the client lifecycles including implementationSupport member and client satisfaction execution and net promoter score goalsProvide deep and approachable plan recommendations with support of reportingand internal stakeholdersMaintain thorough knowledge of contractual obligations on assigned book of business, including financials, performance guarantees, terms, and regulatory/complianceLead client renewal process, including contract managementLead ownership of performance guarantee reporting and maintenanceLead regulatory and compliance componentsInterpret current pharmacy and healthcare trends, and meet with clients to provide proactive recommendations for plan management; find ways of adding value to the client curating offerings tailored to the client's specific needsIdentify and contribute to process improvement efforts across Judi HealthAssemble internal resources to overcomes challengesAnticipates customer needs and proactively identifies new opportunities within assigned accountsComprehensive knowledge of our business, including products and services. Strong ability to field questions from the client side, answer them and answer them correctlyReview and advise on JUDI product roadmap to ensure current priorities and milestones will meet the client expectationProvide finalist sales support where needed in order to win new businessOther duties as assignedRequired Qualifications:5+ years' experience in the healthcare industry and/or pharmacy benefits experienceDemonstrated experience supporting integrated delivery networks (IDNs), hospital systems, or academic medical centersStrong ability to navigate and balance plan sponsor goals (e.g. cost control, benefit design, member experience) with health-system pharmacy objectives (e.g. revenue protection, access, utilization management)Experience facilitating consensus among stakeholders with competing incentives, using data, clinical rationale, and contract terms to drive alignmentWorking knowledge of 340B program mechanicsUnderstanding of healthcare regulatory considerations impacting health systems and PBM oversight.Bachelor's or advanced degree in health administration, business, or relevant professional experienceStrong data analysis and presentation skillsFinancial and statistical reporting knowledge and experienceAbility to exercise considerable judgement, maintain confidentiality, and act in a diplomatic mannerTravel is estimated to not exceed 25% in the busiest times of yearProgressive staff management experienceAn educator who is trustworthy and willing to share information and serve as a mentorAbility to independently identify, research and resolve issuesA person who can relate to people at all levels of an organization and possesses excellent communication skillsAn excellent facilitator who is experienced in resolving conflicts between different parties to a disputeA decisive individual who possesses a strategic focus as well as an operational, implementation, and detail-oriented perspectiveA strategic planner with sound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgement, and strong operational focusA well-organized and self-directed individual who can work with minimal amount of supervisionAbility to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays pursuant with industry demandsProficient in Microsoft Office and industry related software programsPreferred Qualifications:PharmD preferred, but not requiredProject management experience preferred#LI-BC1New York, NY Salary Range $163,600—$204,500 USD Denver, CO Salary Range $150,000—$187,500 USD Charlotte, NC Salary Range $136,400—$170,500 USD All employees are responsible for adherence to the Judi Health Code of Conduct including the reporting of non-compliance.
