About the role

Spero Health is seeking an Addiction Medicine Physician or Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Lafayette, IN. The role requires the ability to prescribe buprenorphine and integrate medical and behavioral health care within our OBOT model to help patients with substance use disorders. We provide medication-assisted treatment, counseling, and case management in a community-based setting so patients can continue working and caring for their families while overcoming addiction.
