Senior Content Creator (Remote Cairo-Based)We're looking for someone who genuinely loves creating, someone who sees a trend before it becomes a trend, who can turn simple moments into engaging stories, and who enjoys bringing ideas to life with creativity and purpose.If you're the type of person who gets excited about brainstorming, scripting, and guiding a team to produce content that people actually want to watch.. you'll fit right in.This is a remote role, but we do need you to be based in Cairo, as you'll occasionally join us on set to guide the creative direction (don't worry, no filming or being on camera is required).Role arrangements:RemoteOccasional creative direction sessions in CairoFull-timeReporting to: Marketing ManagerWhat you'll do:Come up with fresh ideas for Reels, TikToks, social posts, and blogs.Write scripts, hooks, and storylines that make people stop scrolling.Lead designers, videographers, and editors by giving them clear, inspiring direction.Join us during selected shoots in Cairo to make sure the creative vision is captured correctly. (No filming or being on camera is required)Build monthly content plans and campaign ideas.Make sure everything we publish feels on-brand and aligned with our goals.Keep an eye on trends, formats, and audio we should be using.Work closely with the marketing team to consistently produce great content.What we're looking for:At least 5 years of experience in content creation or creative strategy.A strong portfolio that shows you understand short-form content (Reels, TikTok, etc.).Great storytelling skills: pacing, hooks, and flow matter to you.Based in Cairo and open to occasional on-ground creative direction.Solid writing skills (scripts, captions, blog concepts), mastering them in both Arabic and English.Someone who can take a vague idea and turn it into a clear, actionable plan.Strong communication skills and the confidence to guide others.It's a plus if you have:Scriptwriting experience.An understanding of social media analytics.A background in creative direction or brand storytelling.
