About the role

Discovery Land Company is seeking a Rental Supervisor at Homewood Mountain & Lake Club on the West Shore of Lake Tahoe. You will lead the Rentals department, deliver outstanding guest service, supervise the rental shop team, and ensure equipment is maintained and inspected to the highest standards. The role requires at least 1 year of supervisory hospitality experience, a sharp eye for detail, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a luxury ski resort environment.
