About the Role:
The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its national professional association. The CEO will be the organization's chief executive, strategic leader, and primary ambassador, responsible for advancing the mission, strengthening the profession, and ensuring long-term sustainability. This role involves providing visionary, mission-driven, and disciplined leadership, and requires a dynamic executive with a proven track record in senior leadership within a complex, stakeholder-driven environment. The successful candidate will work closely with the Board of Directors to guide the organization's strategic direction, enhance its educational and advocacy impact, and ensure financial sustainability through diversified revenue streams.
