About the role

Gusto is seeking a Design Leader for its Banking team, to lead a team of Product Designers across Wallet and SMB Banking. You will shape design standards, mentor designers, and work closely with product and engineering partners to deliver cohesive experiences that connect pay, cash flow, and banking features. The role blends hands-on design with people leadership, and adapts as Banking grows. Expect collaboration with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Data, and Operations to navigate regulatory products.
