How You'll Make a Difference As Branch Manager, you'll set the tone for the entire operation. What You'll Do:
- Lead day-to-day branch operations across sales, service, parts, and rental, keeping teams aligned and working together.
- Drive financial performance by owning the business plan, budgets, and operational results.
- Recruit, develop, and coach top talentbuilding a high-performing, motivated, and diverse team.
- Strengthen customer relationships while partnering with leadership and shared services to execute a smart, achievable plan.
- What You'll BringProven leadership experience with a track record of developing people and building strong teams.
- Solid financial acumen, including experience managing budgets and understanding income statements.
- A customer-focused mindset with strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills.
- Industry experience in transportation, mobility equipment, or a closely related field, with a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
