We are a growth-oriented commercial real estate brokerage seeking a driven, licensed Commercial Real Estate Associate to join our sales and acquisitions team. This role offers substantial earning potential and the resources of a full-service brokerage platform. Why it's Different Unlike traditional brokerage models, we operate in a team environment and provide internal team support, technology, and cover certain expenses depending on the candidate's experience and performance.
Responsibilities:
Originate, negotiate, and close buy-side and sell-side transactions in any internal niche market or across other asset classes, depending on current experience. Develop and maintain relationships with investors, owners, and institutional clients. Conduct property valuations, market analyses, and underwriting to support transaction decisions. Prepare and present offering memoranda, proposals, and pitch materials. Represent clients throughout the full deal lifecycle: sourcing, due diligence, contract negotiation, and closing. Collaborate with internal research, marketing, and capital markets teams and resources to deliver comprehensive client solutions. Track market trends, comparable sales, and economic indicators to provide informed advisory services. Maintain accurate records of pipeline activity, client interactions, and transaction data in the company's CRM systems.

Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
