About the role

REGENT Craft Inc. seeks a Human Factors Engineer to own the complete crew station experience for a Seaglider program, from requirements through mockups, evaluations, and change implementation. You will work with missions software, hardware interiors, and certification teams to ensure safe, efficient operation aboard the watercraft while building scalable HF methods for future programs.
