About the role

We are seeking a Plant Facilities Engineer to manage and maintain plant infrastructure, utilities, and facility systems while supporting capital projects and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities: Manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing, compressed air, steam, water treatment, natural gas, and other plant utilities. Lead preventive maintenance and facility improvement programs using CMMS tools. Plan and execute capital projects, upgrades, and commissioning activities. Manage contractors, vendors, budgets, and facility-related projects. Ensure compliance with building codes, environmental regulations, fire safety, and EHS requirements. Partner with Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, and EHS teams to improve facility reliability and efficiency.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Facilities Engineering, or related field.3–7+ years of facilities/plant engineering experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of industrial utilities, HVAC, electrical systems, and facility maintenance. Experience with CMMS, AutoCAD, project management, and contractor management. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred: PE, CFM, LEED, or PMP certification.
