Beam Therapeutics Inc. seeks a Senior Corporate Counsel, Corporate and Securities to join its growing legal team. You will structure and negotiate collaborations and licensing transactions, assist with SEC reporting and governance for a public company, and advise senior leadership directly. You will partner with business development, finance, investor relations, and HR, while managing outside counsel to support Beam’s growth.
