About the role

Job Description: Full-Time Position | Nixa Hardware & Seed CoWe’re looking for a dependable team member to load customer orders, handle incoming deliveries, and keep our warehouse organized and safe. This hands-on job involves bagged and palletized products, and helping customers get their purchases loaded correctly.
Responsibilities: Accurately load orders and verify receipts with customers. Check incoming deliveries and report shortages. Assist with seed tagging. Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe. Follow loading procedures
Requirements: High school diploma, GED, or currently enrolled. Ability to lift 60+ lbs and safely operate a forklift, pallet jack, and other equipment. Good math and communication skills. Warehouse, retail, farm, or seed experience is a plus, but not required. Comfortable working around weather, dust, pollen, and agricultural products.
