Welty Energy, an affiliate of Welty Building Company, LLC., is expanding its Engineering team and seeks a Distribution Engineering Manager to lead a high-growth electric utility distribution engineering group. This role combines technical leadership with client advocacy in a hybrid/remote Midwest-focused setting, based from OH, PA, IN or surrounding states. You will scale the team, manage resources and finances, ensure engineering quality, and mentor staff while maintaining strict compliance
