A Wholesale Distribution Zone Leader you will play a critical role in developing and executing strategies to enhance our relationships and engagement with brokers and MGAs, ensuring our success and driving business growth. This leadership position requires a combination of strategic thinking, relationship management, organizational influence, and a deep understanding of our products and service offering. Whatyou’ll be doing What will your essential responsibilities include? Strategic Planning and Business Development Develop and execute zonal distribution strategies, plans and goals aligned with company financial goals. Maintain a deep understanding of company's products and appetite to find, promote and engage best in class broker and MGA portfolios aligned with company offerings. Leverage broker and MGA relationships to influence opportunity access and promote colleague engagement needed to achieve company plans. Remain updated on competitor activities and solutions, share insights with leadership and underwriting teams and support development of alternatives promoting continued growth Relationship and Stakeholder Management Raise company's profile by building and supporting robust relationships with brokers, MGAs and underwriters (direct and delegated) to promote consistent market access for all business units and prevent channel conflict. Function as a primary Zonal interface and lead broker and MGA representative, serving as a trusted advisor and escalation point. Facilitate cross-business unit / product collaboration in the development and execution of broker plans. Represent the company at Zonal industry events, conferences and meetings while serving as key Zonal contact for brokerage and MGA leaders, office presidents and brokers. Pipeline Oversight Maintain ownership of broker new business submission volume and MGA new business opportunity pipelines by tracking and reporting key metrics including a) brokerage submission
