Job Description: Your Next Move in Structural Welding Full-Time | Loveland, CO | Evaluation-to-Hire
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM (4-day work week)
Why This RoleJoin a tight-knit team known for quality, safety, and support. Contribute to large-scale builds: bridges and custom architectural steel. Long weekends, every week. What You'll TackleGMAW (MIG) on structural steel with a focus on precision and consistency. Flux Core and Dual Shield (FCAW) welding for production and custom fabrication. Uphill flux core weave welds meeting bridge construction code standards.
Must-Haves:
  • Proven MIG welding experience.
  • Ability to read/follow weld specifications for structural steel.
  • Safety-first mindset and strong attention to detail.
