About the role: As a Technical Project Manager, you will make an impact by leading the delivery of secure, scalable, and high-performing provider-focused digital solutions. You will be a valued member of the healthcare technology team, collaborating with engineers, product owners, business stakeholders, and compliance partners to deliver innovative applications built on Golang, React, and PostgreSQL. In this role, you will drive project execution, foster technical excellence, and ensure business outcomes are achieved on time and within budget In this role, you will: Lead the end-to-end delivery of secure web applications leveraging Golang, React, and PostgreSQL technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project plans, manage priorities, track risks, and ensure successful execution of project milestones. Drive Agile delivery processes, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Partner with product and business stakeholders to translate provider-focused requirements into actionable technical deliverables. Promote secure coding practices, application quality, performance optimization, and compliance standards across the software development lifecycle.

What you need to have to be considered Experience managing software development projects using Golang, React.js, and PostgreSQL technologies. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, project planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication. Experience leading cross-functional teams through the full software development lifecycle. Knowledge of secure coding practices, application security reviews, and quality assurance processes. Experience working within the Healthcare Provider domain. This will help you stand out Experience delivering provider-facing healthcare applications and digital healthcare solutions. Familiarity with application performance monitoring, reliability engineering, and release management practices. Experience collaborating with security, compliance, and audit teams in regulated environments. Strong understanding of PostgreSQL optimization, database design, and scalability best practices. Proven ability to manage project budgets, vendor relationships, and resource utilization while maximizing business value. Salary and Other Compensation The annual salary for this position is between $65,447 to $117,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
