Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for: DORA BCCM Consultant Responsibilities: Identify gaps in DORA BCCM from a control framework perspective within L3 in Taxonomy Analyze current BCCM controls against DORA regulatory requirements and technical standards Perform regulatory gap assessments and evaluate adherence to DORA requirements Lead workshops with cross‐functional teams to gather input and validate findings Coordinate activities across stakeholders of various seniority levels Support definition and alignment of business continuity and crisis management controls Requirements: DORA subject matter knowledge including main regulation and regulatory technical standards with actionable requirements for financial entities Experience in business continuity and crisis management (BCCM), IT service continuity management, or broader operational resilience Experience working within financial entities or the banking sector Experience in performing regulatory gap assessments and evaluating compliance with regulatory requirements Ability to independently lead and coordinate workshops with cross‐functional stakeholders Very good command of English, both spoken and written Offer: Private medical care Co‐financing for the sports card Constant support of dedicated consultant Personal Consulting Agency (License No. 4642)
