About the role

Regalcare in Massachusetts is seeking a Director of Social Services to lead our social services program in a skilled nursing facility. You will oversee assessments, care planning, discharge planning, and coordination with families and the care team to enhance residents’ quality of life. The role requires a strong background in social work within long-term care, MSW preferred, and at least two years of relevant experience, with solid knowledge of MDS 3.0 and regulatory compliance.
