About the role

ONYX Insight is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the safe, efficient deployment of electronic hardware across wind turbine fleets in North America. This hands-on leadership role blends people management, project delivery and technical oversight with customers, Sales, engineering teams, subcontractors and Safety. The role requires experience delivering remote device installation programs at scale, managing field teams and QA/QC processes, with strong stakeholder communication and budget
