ResponsibilitiesServe as Tier 2 support for finance-related applications, troubleshooting and resolving system issues Manage user access (activations/deactivations) and respond to internal and external system inquiries Lead incident management for third-party applications, coordinating with IT/IS teams as needed Identify, implement, and support automation tools, AI solutions, and system integrations Analyze accounting processes to uncover opportunities for efficiency improvements Ensure data integrity across financial systems and maintain system uptime Act as a liaison between accounting users and technology teams Drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights Requirements Associate's degree or equivalent experience required 2+ years of related experience in accounting systems, finance operations, or technology support preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong customer service mindset Proficiency in: Workday Financial application support Spreadsheets and macros Financial and accounting systems Familiarity with system integrations, automation tools, or AI solutions is a plus Core Competencies Proficient in providing Tier 2 support for finance-related applications, with a strong focus on troubleshooting, system integrations, and automation tools. Demonstrates analytical skills to enhance accounting processes and ensure data integrity across financial systems.
