Responsibilities:
Read and interpret blueprints and job specifications Operate manual mills, taps, and drill presses to produce parts within spec Grind, measure, and inspect parts for quality using calipers and other tools Maintain machines, tooling, and work area cleanliness Palletize and label finished parts Follow all safety rules and ISO procedures Assist and train other operators and troubleshoot minor machine issues (Level II) Cross-train on other machines and assist with material handling
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check Proficiency with measuring tools and basic computer skills (Profitfab preferred) Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions Strong math skills, attention to detail, and teamwork mindset
