CARSAT Rhône-Alpes is a private law organization responsible for executing a public service mission. It intervenes on issues of retirement, social support, and occupational risks. Specialized in health, the Social Service intervenes with the insured of the general regime and self-employed individuals facing a health issue, the consequences of which impact their professional and/or personal life. It informs, supports, and accompanies the insured in their efforts to find the most appropriate solutions to their situation.
Its intervention is part of the policies of the Sickness and Retirement branches of the Social Security, which respond to public health and occupational health issues.
In collaboration with its institutional network and numerous local partners, it develops its intervention around two major axes:
- Prevent professional disinsertion • Secure health pathways
Description of the PositionThe Drôme level has nearly 20 agents, distributed across 3 administrative bases. Under the authority of the departmental manager, you will be attached to the Montélimar base, and you will:
Integrate into a team of 13 social service assistants and 4 CSAM (sickness and maternity insurance advisers).
Ensure the institutional public service mission through your individual and collective accompaniments
Participate in different partnership instances
Have the opportunity to welcome and accompany trainees, which will allow you to transmit your knowledge and enrich professional practices.
Be encouraged to invest in the reflection and implementation of collective actions in partnership with local actors.

Your TrainingDiploma of State of Social Service Assistant (DEASS) required
Additional Information:
This position requires travel; a driver's license is indispensable (use of service vehicles or, if not available, personal vehicle).
For your integration: - A personalized schedule will be put in place to accompany you in your beginnings. You will also benefit from a tutoring provided by one or two experienced social service assistants.

Motivational interview in a distant manner on the afternoons of 26/10/2026 and 28/10/2026, for selected candidates
Professional situational exercises (remote) on the afternoon of 09/11/2026, for candidates selected to follow up on the motivational interview
We offer:
Contract 39h + 20 days of RTT or 36h + 3 days of RTT
