We are partnered with a growing industrial manufacturer in the Syracuse, NY area, seeking a Process Engineer to join their team. Our client specializes in, industrial manufacturing and is seeking a Process Engineer to help develop KPI's, Monitor & measure process's, develop process improvements, and who is seeking an opportunity for true career growth. This is a unique opportunity, with the ability to help grow a team from the ground up and truly make a long lasting impact. Our client offers a competitive base salary, developing ESOP, and PTO plans.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze existing production processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Design and implement new processes, equipment, or systems
  • Monitor process performance using data analysis and KPIsTroubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives
  • Cross functional team collaboration
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
  • Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Support new product introductions and scale-up activities
Qualifications:
  • Associate degree or technical certification with equivalent experience at a minimum
  • Bachelor’s degree in chemical, mechanical, industrial, metallurgical engineering or related field preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Background in project management for CAPEX projects & process development upgrades
  • Ability to work on a cross functional engineering team, supporting all internal teams and projects as necessary
