About the role
As a full-time remote Quality Policy Manager, the successful candidate will drive the development of quality policies for hosts and guests, ensuring standards are met while collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement and enforce these policies effectively.
Key responsibilities:
Lead the development of host and guest quality policies, including establishing quality standards for stays
Draft scalable policy frameworks that align with product innovations and support operationalization efforts
Utilize data and community insights to evaluate and improve existing policies proactively Required qualifications 10-12+ years of experience in a Policy or Trust and Safety role
Demonstrated leadership in quality or community policy within a two-sided marketplace
Experience with review, rating, or reputation systems and the associated consumer protection issues
Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
Exceptional writing and communication skills, with experience engaging senior leadership
