About the role
Rate, rank and rewrite AI model output in Vietnamese so it sounds natural, stays accurate and follows the brief.
AI companies need native judgment to make their models good in Vietnamese. You will work through detailed rubrics, compare model answers, write reference responses and explain your ratings, the same skills a good reviewer uses, applied to AI.
What you will do:
Evaluate model answers for accuracy, fluency, safety and cultural fit.
Write and correct prompts and reference answers in Vietnamese.
Follow detailed guidelines and document edge cases for the project team.
Flag fabricated facts, mistranslations and unnatural phrasing.
What you bring:
Native Vietnamese, with strong English reading comprehension.
Careful, consistent work against written rubrics.
A fact-checking habit and comfort with online research.
Nice to have:
Previous work on AI training or evaluation projects.
A background in law, medicine, STEM or finance.
