What you'll do:
Bake: Whip up our signature thick, delicious cookies that are part cookie, part cake, and part brownie. Clean & Restock: Keep the shop fresh and tidy, from restocking cookie supplies to ensuring the store is spotless and ready for customers. Vibe: Keep the store’s energy high with positive vibes and awesome customer service. Sell: Help customers find their favorite flavors and make sure they leave with a smile (and a bag full of cookies).Adapt: Work in a fast-paced environment where multitasking is key and flexibility is your best friend. Engage: Interact with customers and team members to create a welcoming and fun atmosphere. Stay on Your Toes: Be ready to stand and move around for your entire shift—our cookies aren’t the only things on the go! Create: Assist with store displays that showcase our cookies in the freshest, most creative ways. Party: Work with a team that knows how to mix fun with hard work. We hustle, but we do it with a beat!
What We're Looking For:
A passion for cookies, street culture, and customer service The ability to work independently and as part of a high-energy team Strong interactive skills to engage with customers and teammatesA positive, can-do attitude that makes everyone’s day a little sweeter Flexibility and commitment to work shifts, including weekends The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment (cookie baking is an art, after all)The stamina to stand and move around for your entire shift—because we’re always on the move Experience in food service is a plus, but not required—enthusiasm is a must!
