About the role

Our team is looking for a Customer Service & Sales Associate to represent AT&T and help customers find the right products and services for their needs. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, providing great service, and building strong communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do: Welcome customers and create a positive experience from the start Learn AT&T products, services, and account options Answer questions and help customers find solutions that fit their needs Assist with account updates, service options, and new customer enrollments Build strong customer relationships through clear and professional communication Support daily team goals while maintaining a customer-first approach Work alongside experienced team members to develop product knowledge and communication skills
What We’re Looking For: Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus, but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills A positive, professional attitude Comfortable speaking with customers and learning new information Reliable, motivated, and willing to learn Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
