About the role
- Manage mechanical and industrial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, manpower, subcontractors, and client communication
- Coordinate with field leadership, including foremen and sub-foremen, to ensure successful project execution
- Work closely with internal design/CAD teams and operations personnel
- Participate in customer meetings, project walkthroughs, and site coordination activities
- Monitor project progress, financial performance, and overall operational efficiency
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ranging from smaller service work to large industrial installations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams
- 5+ years of Project Management experience within mechanical, industrial, or construction environments
- Strong background in industrial facilities, manufacturing plants, chemical plants, or production environments preferred
- Experience managing large-scale projects and multiple project teams simultaneouslyStrong leadership and communication skills
- Comfortable working both in-office and in active field environments
- Ability to manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and customer relationships effectively
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
