Role Description: The Bookkeeper role at ROLEN Technologies & Products, S.L. is a full-time, on-site position based in Rochester, NY. The Bookkeeper will manage day-to-day financial recording, including processing invoices, expenses, and payments, and maintaining accurate ledgers. Responsibilities include preparing and reconciling journal entries, assisting with month-end and year-end closing activities, and supporting the preparation of financial statements and reports. The role also involves working with accounting software to ensure data integrity, monitoring accounts payable and receivable, and collaborating with finance and operations teams to resolve discrepancies. The Bookkeeper will help maintain compliance with internal controls and company policies while providing timely, accurate financial information.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess strong skills in Bookkeeping and Journal Entries (Accounting) for accurate day-to-day financial recording. Candidates should possess skills in Financial Statements and Finance to support reporting, analysis, and closing activities. Candidates should possess proficiency with Accounting Software and related digital tools to manage and reconcile financial data. Relevant education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is beneficial. Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Rochester, NY and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams.
