Job Full DescriptionOur client, a leading manufacturer and distributor of healthcare equipment, is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Support Associate to join their team in Northeast San Antonio. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy helping customers, learning new skills, and working in a fast-paced environment where adaptability and reliability are highly valued.This is a 100% in-office position with a permanent schedule of 8-hour shifts between 9:30 PM and 6:00 AMWeekend availability is required, with remaining hours scheduled during the week. Associates receive two consecutive weekdays off. Please note that this schedule is permanent, with no opportunity for remote work or transfer to a different shift scheduleTraining will be conducted Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM for a minimum of the first two weeks.Duties include:Provide professional, timely, and accurate support for customer inquiries in a high-volume call center environment.Assist customers with product information, order status, availability, shipping details, tracking, and proof of delivery requests.Review and enter customer orders accurately while ensuring all required information is complete and correct.Successfully learn and perform multiple customer support functions through ongoing training and cross-training initiatives.Adapt to changing business needs, processes, and priorities while maintaining productivity and service quality.Demonstrate consistent professionalism, accountability, and attendance while contributing to a positive and team-oriented work environment.Requirements:High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center, contact center, or high-volume support environment.Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Windows, and the ability to learn multiple systems and applications.Proven reliability with a strong record of attendance, punctuality, and schedule adherence.Demonstrated willingness to learn new responsibilities, accept coaching, and cross-train across different functions and call types.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude during organizational changes or workplace challenges.Benefits of working with Express Employment Professionals Northeast office:No feesWeekly payMedical and Dental Insurance OptionsRetirement Saving PlanHoliday and Vacation - Eligibility at fewer hours than any other staffing agency This position is best suited for individuals who thrive in a structured, team-oriented environment and are committed to long-term success.
