Program Finance Operations Lead

Supporting the advancement of global energy transition efforts, the full-time remote Program Finance Operations Lead will manage program operations, financial management, and cross-team coordination while ensuring effective execution of strategic plans within a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate internal coordination and maintain operating rhythm to support program leadership and alignment across business cycles Oversee budgeting and financial management processes, providing analysis and updates to leadership regarding program finances Coordinate procurement, contracting, and invoicing processes to ensure compliance and efficient project execution Required Qualifications: 3-6 years of experience in operations, finance, consulting, or related analytical roles Strong organizational skills for managing operations within large teams and complex funding compliance Experience in supporting senior leadership with analysis and operational coordination Outstanding analytical skills with a focus on operational change in fast-growing organizations Ability to effectively communicate and manage diverse stakeholder groups in a remote environment
