About the role

Job Description: We are a well-established electrical contracting company in Massachusetts seeking a motivated and reliable Electrician Apprentice to join our team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the electrical trade while working under the guidance of licensed electricians on a wide range of residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist licensed electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
  • Run conduit, pull wire, and install fixtures and devices
  • Follow safety procedures and local electrical codes
  • Maintain tools and job site cleanliness
  • Participate in on-the-job training and classroom instruction as required by the MA apprenticeship program
Requirements:
  • Registered as an Electrician Apprentice with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (or willing to register upon hire)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments (indoors/outdoors, ladders, confined spaces, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications: OSHA 10 certification Previous construction or electrical experience (not required but a plus)
