About the role
Maintenance Manager | Lead the team. Improve reliability. Reduce downtime. People Solutions is recruiting a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance and facilities operations for a manufacturing organization. This role calls for someone who can develop people, strengthen preventive maintenance, and turn equipment challenges into lasting improvements. You will lead Maintenance Supervisors, Leads, and a Facilities Technician while working closely with operations and customers to keep the plant running safely and effectively. What you’ll own:• Build and improve preventive maintenance programs for plant equipment and facilities• Lead, coach, and develop maintenance personnel• Manage maintenance budgets, labor, spare parts, and supplier performance• Prioritize repairs and support new equipment installations while minimizing downtime• Drive cost savings and continuous improvement across the department• Maintain strong safety practices, including lockout/tagout and NFPA 70E compliance We’re looking for a leader with 4+ years of relevant experience, strong technical judgment, and the ability to earn trust across maintenance, operations, and customer teams. A technical bachelor’s degree is valued; equivalent hands-on experience will also be considered. Experience managing industrial maintenance teams is preferred.
