Paralegal / Executive Assistant, Wealth Management and Family Office North Palm Beach, FL | On-site, five days a weekA boutique wealth management firm and multi-family office in North Palm Beach is hiring a paralegal/executive assistant to support one of its fastest-growing partners. The partner leads a team serving ultra high net worth families, with a focus on wealth management, estate and trust planning, and family office services. This person is the point of coordination behind a very busy partner. That means keeping the calendar and travel running, preparing the partner for client meetings, and knowing where every open item stands across the team. When a client call ends with several to-dos, this person makes sure each one is assigned, tracked and finished. They support the legal side of the work as well, including trust and estate documents, organizational charts, and account administration.
What you'll do: Manage a demanding calendar, business travel and meeting logistics Follow client requests through to completion with the team and report on status Support estate and trust matters, including document preparation and organizational charts Handle account administration and client paperwork accurately Protect confidential client and family information at all times
What we're looking for: Paralegal, executive assistant, or combined experience, with trusts and estates, private client, wealth management or family office exposure strongly preferredA legal background is a significant plus Excellent organization, follow-through and attention to detail Comfort working with senior leaders and high net worth clients, with a polished presence Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point Sound judgment and discretion Local to the North Palm Beach area, or a realistic commute to it This role does not provide legal, tax or investment advice.
