About the role
Alpha School is a forward-thinking K-12 network seeking a Lead Youth Program Manager to coach Guides, build high-performing teams, and drive life-skills workshops. You will guide student-centered experiences across campuses, including Greenwich, CT, with relocation support for select markets.
You’ll lead with data, maintain uncompromising standards, and help open new campuses while shaping a culture of excellence within the organization.
