The successful candidate will work on behalf of employers across a broad range of workplace and employment matters within an established management-side practice.
Requirements:
3+ years of Labor & Employment experience.
Experience handling matters involving harassment, discrimination and retaliation.
Strong understanding of employment law and workplace disputes.
Ability to manage employment matters effectively.
