About the role
Owning the acquisition and retention of high-volume options traders, the full-time Options Sales Lead will build and maintain a pipeline of prospects while leveraging internal and external resources to drive options volume at Public, working remotely or from New York City.
Key responsibilities:
Develop and manage a pipeline of high-potential options trading prospects through various channels
Evangelize AI Agents, API access, and options tools to the trader community while gathering feedback for product development
Work independently to create strategies for client acquisition and retention within regulatory compliance constraints
Required qualifications:
5+ years of experience in a consumer finance or capital markets organization
Possession of Series 7, Series 4, and/or 63/66 licenses or a clear path to completion
Hands-on expertise in options trading, including various strategies and mechanics
Proven track record in sales and customer acquisition
Experience operating within regulatory compliance frameworks
