Role Overview:
  • Seeking a Field Support Engineer to provide onsite end-user support, including data backup, Windows 11 upgrades, and basic troubleshooting for Windows 10 and 11 environments. The role requires experience with desktop management, deployment tools, and end-user applications.

  • End user system upgrade to Windows 11 Basic troubleshooting on Windows 10 and 11 Use of deployment tools like SCCM / IntuneKnowledge of end-user data backup tools
