Job Title: Business Development Manager – Agave ATS SalesLocation: Dallas, Texas Reports To: Vice President of SalesCompany Overview: Agave ATS specializes in interior, exterior, and roofing renovations for multifamily properties. We partner with property owners and investment groups to deliver high-quality renovation solutions that increase asset value and tenant satisfaction. Our team is growing, and we are seeking a driven, relationship-oriented Business Development Manager to support our continued expansion.Position Summary: The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with multifamily investor clients, ensuring their needs are met with excellence, and identifying new revenue opportunities. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the multifamily property space.Key Responsibilities:Build and manage relationships with key accounts and professionals in the multifamily sector across the United States.Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and timely response to inquiries or issues.Identify client needs and work with internal teams to deliver renovation proposals that align with scope, budget, and timeline expectations.Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and operations to ensure smooth project execution.New Business Development. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities and relationships within the multifamily segment.Proactively pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.Track client satisfaction and conduct regular check-ins to ensure retention and repeat business.Attend industry events and networking opportunities to strengthen client relationships and generate referrals.Maintain detailed records of client interactions and deal progression in the company CRM.Provide accurate sales forecasting and contribute to strategic growth planning.Qualifications:3+ years of experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in construction, renovations, or commercial real estate services.Proven track record of sales success, managing and growing key accounts.Knowledge of multifamily real estate, property management, and renovation services is a strong plus.Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.Highly organized, proactive, and customer-focused.Experience using CRM tools and sales tracking systems.Ability to travel as needed to visit client sites and attend events.Benefits:Competitive salary and performance-based commissions & bonusesHealth, dental, and vision insurance optionsPaid time off and holidaysProfessional development opportunitiesTo Apply: Submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your experience with key account management and your interest in multifamily real estate.
