Overview
In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain advanced analytics and data solutions to support compensation decisions. You will build scalable data and automation solutions, ensure data accuracy, and deliver actionable insights to business stakeholders. Working within the Consumer Technology Team for Sales Compensation, Automation & Analytics, you will drive predictive modeling and trend analysis to inform strategy. You’ll thrive in an agile environment, collaborating with senior leadership to shape impactful data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities Gather and interpret diverse data sets to solve business problems and predict behaviors Work with relational and data warehouse storage (SQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake, Databricks Delta Lake) and data sources like eCDW, BIDWApply advanced statistical methods to quantify variances and support decision-making Develop business cases and complex models using Tableau, Power BI AI Insights, Databricks for process integration Build and test predictive models (e.g., Linear/Logistic Regression, Time Series) and validate accuracy Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to reveal data patterns and inform strategy Advise business partners on data relationships to guide direction and outcomes Lead significant projects with strategic autonomy and mentor less experienced staff
Key requirements Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (BS/BA)5+ years of related experience Experience with data analysis, modeling, and reporting tools Knowledge of SQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake, Databricks, and BI tools such as Tableau and Power BILeadership and mentoring Cross-functional collaboration Strong communication of complex data insightsSQL Server Oracle Snowflake
